Believe it or not this year I was part of Precious' Money Saving Challenge. As usual I entered it with the best of intentions, however it was a very tough and difficult year for me. Too many reasons to mention here.I humbly ask my dear friend Precious to let me put in my two cents (ok 3 or 4 cents again). However with that being said I'm proud to fully participate in the challenge once again. I hang my head in shame that once again I was not as frugal as I thought I would be.
Now it's time to pull up my big girl panties (and I mean BIG) to toughen up. I have the skill and knowledge to do this and I love showing my readers how to do it too. I have a wedding and 2 big vacations to pay for this year, let's get saving!
I'm looking forward to sharing my goals for next year and discussing some of my goals that failed. If you like to save money and hear my quick witted humor stay around this year will get interesting. If not at least stick around for my Saturday night series :A Random Blurb With Beer" its best served up with a bottle of Bud, but hey to save money I'll switch to cans!

Wow, a wedding and two vacations??? It would take a lot of serious saving to pay for those. But, if anybody can do it, you can.

ReplyDeleteYou could always make your own beer to save money but it makes such a mess. Me, I will buy when I can get rebates.
