Weigh-Down Tuesday

Another week gone! (where?) This week I really kicked up my efforts to lose a little weight. The holidays are coming, the new year will be here before I know it, I can't let my goal pass me by. I walked 11 miles this week. I'm really proud of this. I continue to fulfill the 30 Day Challenge this month, which is Move It! My eatting has been more in control with only a few slip ups. I'm human you know.

Now for the drumroll.....2 pound lost! I am down 12 lbs since Sept 1 st. I have 10 more to go to reach my goal for this year. Now have no fear , that's only my mini goal for this year. We all have to start somewhere.Feel free to share your journey with me. So Robynn if your out there, I'm still laying it down!
