Tomorrow will be one month of doing the 30 Day Throw Down Challenge. And yes it has been a challenge for me. Personally, I'm really not an organic fan. Its not affordable for me, and really organic has been known to have its problems too. However, on the other hand, I do produce my own fresh "organic" chicken eggs, we do garden, and really I do try to eat less processed foods. In fact I hate fast food. Now don't get me wrong I love a good resturant meal as well as anyone else. I enjoy a few extras on the weekends, Bud Light and yes Nancy Margarettaville! This is life and I'm not really feeling the love with it.
Now the challenge is to increase your exercise. In other words just move and do something. I can do that (I think!) I have begun walking again, and renewed my spirit with it. The past week I only walked 8 miles, but at least it was something. I am celebrating small victories instead of looking down at myself. (I think its the 29 and holding mindset)
Now for the drumroll.....I lost another pound. That brings the total this month to 9 pounds. See I knew I could do it. Geez, after this big rant, I really think I'm putting forth effort. Mission accomplished, I will go on.

Well done! Is all about changing the mindset, healthy vs hurry. Thats a good steady loss, not to fast
Good for you! I'm just now released to start my exercise again so this has come at a good time to inspire me.
